Room layout in a room shared with other disciplines

When I created this layout, I was not happy about the amount of space taken for the desks.  However, I do see value in having the desks for written projects (these are easier than writing boards for K/1 students).  I do push the desks to the walls for larger group activities.  Ideally, music would be an open space with carpet so that students are able to comfortably move about.  A designated corner for "listening" is also part of my wish list.
