Teaching Reflections.

Throughout my student teaching, I wrote weekly entries reflecting on the experience.  The consistent reponse was that well-planned instruction of high quality provided greater satisfaction, student interest, and success as a teacher.  The times of greatest frustration involved less planning or situations that I was not prepared.  Each new experience provides a greater toolbox of methods for dealing with future situations!
